Leora Nadtochy is a Hasidic composer, songstress and educator born in Toronto, Canada. She performs her original songs and leads drama workshops worldwide.
Born to a family of performing artists, she sang, danced, acted and performed musical theater from a young age. As a teenager, Leora discovered Hasidism, falling in love with its teachings. After spending two years studying in Tzfat Israel, Leora began composing lyrics and melodies reflecting her newfound inspiration.
Leora has performed for audiences in The United States, Canada, and Israel. In 2012, Leora performed an original song for the International Shluchos convention held annually in Crown Heights. Her experience on stage has lent itself to the development of a number of drama workshops for groups of all ages, which she has implemented in camps and schools in The States and Canada. Leora serves as a proud Chabad Emissary in Queens, NY with her husband and children.
